Enforcement Regulations of the Deposit Insurance Act Article 11
The so-called deposits that continue to be insured as in Paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Act refer to the aggregated amount on the day with the lowest balance of those individual deposit accounts which are covered by deposit insurance within the maximum insurance coverage during a period of one-half year after the date on which the deposit insurance agreement was terminated.The aggregated amount in the above paragraph for each individual account is the outstanding balances at the close of each business day.

本條例第二十七條第二項所稱繼續受保障之存款，指存款保險契約終止之日起半年內，每一存款人於最高保額範圍內受存款保險保障之存款歸戶餘額最低日之金額。
