Deposit Insurance Act Article 7
The annual appropriated amount of the deposit insurance payout special reserves mentioned in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the preceding Article shall be calculated separately according to the ratios of the insurance premiums paid by general insured financial institutions and agricultural insured financial institutions.The amount of the original deposit insurance payout special reserves, prior to the enforcement of the Amendment to this Act, shall be calculated and recorded year by year according to the ratios mentioned in the preceding Paragraph.

前條第一項及第二項所定保險賠款特別準備金每年之提存金額，應按一般金融要保機構及農業金融要保機構所繳交保費之比例分別列計之。
本條例修正施行前，原存保公司保險賠款特別準備金餘額，應按前項比例逐年計算列記。
