Deposit Insurance Act Article 40

Any insured institution publicly issued its stock according to the Securities and Exchange Act that is disposed of by the CDIC in accordance with Subparagraphs 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 28, or Paragraph 1 of Article 29, shall make a public announcement and declaration as stipulated by Paragraph 2 of Article 36 of the Securities and Exchange Act and shall use the date of execution of the contract as the date of the fact occurrence.
