Deposit Insurance Act Article 33
A bridge bank shall establish a board of directors to decide and execute business matters. The board shall be composed of five to nine directors, with one being the chairperson.The chairperson of the board shall carry out duties in accordance with board resolutions and represent the bridge bank.A bridge bank shall have one supervisor responsible for the supervision of the assets and business thereof.The appointment of the chairperson, the directors of the board, and the supervisor shall be assigned by the CDIC.

過渡銀行應設理事會，決定及執行業務。
理事會由理事五人至九人組成，並由其中一人擔任理事長。
理事長應依理事會決議執行職務，對外代表過渡銀行。
