Regulations Governing the Management of Collective Trust Funds Article 6
Where the previously approved limit on the public offering and issuance of a collective trust fund has been reached, and there is a need for additional offering, the trust enterprise may apply to the competent authority for approval by submitting the reasons therefor.The inward and outward remittance of any portion of an additional offering of a collective trust fund shall be conducted in accordance with relevant rules of the Central Bank.

共同信託基金已達核准之最高募集發行額度，有必要追加募集發行者，得檢具追加募集發行理由並報請主管機關核准。
