Regulations Governing Issuance of NTD Bank Debentures by Foreign Bank Branches Article 12
The title transfer and trust registration of bank debentures under paragraph 2, Article 4 of the Trust Act shall be handled in accordance with the Regulations Governing Book-Entry Operations for Centrally Deposited Securities.
