Regulations Governing Foreign Bank Branches And Representative Offices Article 13
The businesses that a foreign bank branch may apply to offer shall be shall be approved by the competent authority in accordance with Article 4, Article 117 and Article 121 of the Act.The businesses for which the branch of a foreign bank has received approval to offer, as referred to in the preceding paragraph, shall be recorded on the banking license before such businesses are offered.

外國銀行分行得申請經營之業務項目，依本法第四條、第一百十七條及第一百二十一條規定，由主管機關核定之。
