Regulations Governing Foreign Bank Branches And Representative Offices Article 10
A foreign bank that seeks to relocate a branch shall submit the following to the competent authority for approval:1. Reasons for the relocation;2. A proposal regarding the bank's handling of existing customers' rights/obligations and any alternative services that may by offered; and3. The business plan for the new location.
