Clauses of the Real Estate Securitization Act Article 41
The proceed distribution claims of the Beneficial Securities holders shall be extinguished in case of no exercise within five (5) years from the issuance date. Such proceeds shall be merged into the trust property.In addition to the preceding provisions, with regard to other delivery based on Beneficial Securities, the extinguishment limitation of the claims shall be fifteen (15) years.

受益證券持有人之收益分配請求權，自發放日起五年間不行使而消滅。
該時效消滅之收益併入信託財產。
除前項規定外，基於受益證券所為之其他給付，其請求權之消滅時效為十五年。
