Regulations Governing The Establishment Criteria and Administration of The Industrial Bank Article 34
The Commission may, at any time, dispatch the staff to check matters relevant to the establishment of an industrial bank or change of registration from an entity to an industrial bank, and it may order a person who/which establishes an industrial bank or an entity which changes the registration from the entity to an industrial bank shall, within the prescribed period of time, submit necessary documents and/or information or appoint a staff to provide explanations in the Commission.

本會就設立或變更登記為工業銀行之有關事宜，得隨時派員查核，並得令設立或變更登記為工業銀行者，於限期內提出必要之文件、資料或指定人員前來說明。
