Regulations Governing Custody and Investment of Funds by Securities Firms on Behalf of Customers Article 4
To handle payment and receipt operations for funds kept under custody and invested on behalf of customers, the securities firm shall open an exclusive New Taiwan Dollar current account at a bank with the account name "○○ Securities Firm Customer Cash Management Account."
