Regulations Governing Securities Firms Article 58
After a securities firm has been approved and invested in a foreign enterprise, with respect to any documents concerning outward remittance of capital or the registration or any change in the registration of the invested foreign enterprise, such documents shall be reported to the FSC for recordation within 5 days after their receipt.
