The name of an ETN shall clearly indicate the index or index performance that is being tracked.Where an ETN tracks a multiple of the performance or inverse performance of an index, the name of the ETN shall clearly indicate the multiple of the "daily" performance or inverse performance of the underlying index that is being tracked.
