Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Consulting Enterprises Article 8
A SICE director or manager who serves as a department supervisor, or who directly performs the functions of an associated person, shall obtain or possess one of the qualifications set out in these Regulations concerning department supervisors or associated persons.
