Regulations Governing Securities Investment Trust Funds Article 50
When a fund invests primarily in structured interest rate products pursuant to the Article 10, paragraph 1, subparagraph 7 proviso, the term "structured interest rate product" or other similar terminology shall appear in the name of the fund.When a fund invests primarily in convertible corporate bonds, corporate bonds with warrants, or other types of equity securities, the name of the fund shall include terminology clearly indicating the primary investment vehicle.The funds referred to in the preceding two paragraphs may not be named bond funds, and may not pay a redemption price to a beneficiary on the date of a requested beneficiary certificate redemption or the following business day.

基金依第十條第一項第七款但書規定，以結構式利率商品為主要投資標的者，應於名稱中標明結構式利率商品或類似文字。
基金以轉換公司債、附認股權公司債或其他具有股權性質之有價證券為主要投資標的者，應於名稱中標明主要投資標的之文字。
前二項基金不得以債券型基金為名，並不得於受益人買回受益憑證請求到達之當日或次一營業日給付買回價金。
