Regulations Governing the Public Offering of Securities Investment Trust Funds by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises Article 33

The FSC shall publicly announce the required format and content of the application (or registration) documents that a SITE submits when filing for effective registration or applying for approval to publicly offer, or make a follow-on offering of, a securities investment trust fund pursuant to Article 12 or 13 herein.Application (or registration) documents filed pursuant to these Regulations shall be prepared in the format prescribed by the FSC and submitted in bound form.
