Regulations Governing the Public Offering of Securities Investment Trust Funds by Securities Investment Trust Enterprises Article 18
Where any of the circumstances listed below exist regarding a SITE's public offering or follow-on offering of a securities investment trust fund, it shall obtain consent from the Central Bank before filing for effective registration with or applying for approval from the FSC pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 1:1. It is an overseas public offering or follow-on offering of a securities investment trust fund that will be domestically invested.2. It is a securities investment trust fund denominated in a foreign currency.

證券投資信託事業募集或追加募集證券投資信託基金，有下列情事之一者，應取得中央銀行同意後，依第十二條第一項規定向本會申報生效或申請核准：
一、國外募集或追加募集證券投資信託基金投資國內。
二、以外幣計價之證券投資信託基金。
一、國外募集或追加募集證券投資信託基金投資國內。
二、以外幣計價之證券投資信託基金。
