No promoter of a SITE may, within one year from the date of the company's incorporation, concurrently serve as a promoter of another SITE.No person who has served as a promoter of a SITE by virtue of the qualifications in Article 8 may, within 3 years from the date the FSC issued a business license to that SITE, serve as a promoter of another SITE.

證券投資信託事業之發起人自公司設立之日起一年內，不得兼為其他證券投資信託事業之發起人。
曾依第八條所定資格擔任證券投資信託事業之發起人者，自本會核發該證券投資信託事業營業執照之日起三年內，不得再擔任其他證券投資信託事業之發起人。
