Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises Article 9
The particulars to be registered with respect to the responsible persons, department heads of business departments, branch unit managerial officers, and associated persons of SITEs shall be prescribed by the SITCA and implemented after ratification by the FSC; the same also applies to any amendments thereto.
