Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises Article 22
These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, with the exception of Article 15-1 issued in the 22 December 2022 amendment, which shall enter into force from 1 January 2023.
