Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises Article 16
Where a director or supervisor of a SITE is a corporate shareholder, the provisions of these Regulations concerning directors and supervisors shall apply mutatis mutandis to the performance of duties by its representative or designated representative.Where a position of director or supervisor in a SITE is held by a representative of a corporate shareholder, the provisions of these Regulations concerning directors and supervisors shall apply mutatis mutandis to the corporate shareholder.

證券投資信託事業之董事或監察人為法人股東者，其代表人或指定代表行使職務時，準用本規則關於董事、監察人之規定。
