Securities Investor and Futures Trader Protection Act Article 40-1

Any action that was instituted under Article 10-1, paragraph 1 prior to the enforcement of the articles of this Act amended and promulgated on 10 June 2020 and enforced on 1 August of the same year and that is still pending shall be subject to the application of the amended articles after their enforcement.Any action that was instituted under Article 10-1, paragraph 1 prior to the enforcement of the articles of this Act amended on 1 July 2025 and that is still pending shall be subject to the application of the amended articles after their enforcement.
