Securities Investor and Futures Trader Protection Act Article 2
Protection of the rights and interests of securities investors and futures traders shall be carried out in accordance with this Act. The relevant provisions of the Securities and Exchange Act, the Futures Trading Act, the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act, and other applicable laws shall apply to any matters not provided for herein.
