Securities and Exchange Act Enforcement Rules Article 5
The publicly disclosed and filed operating status referred in Article 36, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Act shall include the following items:1. The consolidated operating revenue. 2. The total monetary amount of endorsements and guaranties provided for third parties. 3. Other items prescribed by the competent authority.
