The rates for the commission to be collected from principals by a securities broker engaged to buy or sell securities on a centralized securities exchange market shall be filed by the stock exchange with the Competent Authority for its approval.The rates for the commission to be collected from principals by a securities broker engaged in buying or selling securities on markets other than a centralized securities exchange market shall be filed by the securities association with the Competent Authority for its approval.

證券經紀商受託於證券集中交易市場，買賣有價證券，其向委託人收取手續費之費率，由證券交易所申報主管機關核定之。
證券經紀商非於證券集中交易市場，受託買賣有價證券者，其手續費費率，由證券商同業公會申報主管機關核定之。
