Securities and Exchange Act Article 48
The minimum capital requirements of securities firms shall be prescribed by an order of the Competent Authority based respectively on the categories of business in which a securities firm operates.The capital referred to in the preceding paragraph shall mean the total monetary amount of issued shares.

證券商應有最低之資本額，由主管機關依其種類以命令分別定之。
