An issuer shall deliver the stock or corporate bonds to the subscribers against the certificates of payment referred to in the preceding Article within thirty days from the date the stock or corporate bonds may be issued pursuant to the Company Act, and public announcement shall be made prior to the delivery.The transfer of the certificates of payment for stock or bonds shall be made within the time limit specified in the preceding paragraph.

發行人應於依公司法得發行股票或公司債券之日起三十日內，對認股人或應募人憑前條之繳納憑證，交付股票或公司債券，並應於交付前公告之。
