Securities and Exchange Act Article 148
When a company whose securities are listed on a stock exchange violates this Act or any order promulgated hereunder, the Competent Authority may, for the purpose of protecting the public interest or the interests of investors, order the stock exchange to suspend the trading of or delist those securities.

於證券交易所上市有價證券之公司，有違反本法或依本法發布之命令時，主管機關為保護公益或投資人利益，得命令該證券交易所停止該有價證券之買賣或終止上市。
