Regulations Governing Stock Exchanges Article 45
The managers and associated persons of a stock exchange shall not in any way assume any part-time post or honorary post of a listed company or a securities firm.

證券交易所之經理人及業務人員不得以任何方式擔任有價證券上市公司、證券商之任何兼職或名譽職位。
