Regulations Governing Stock Exchanges Article 20
The compensation reserve of the preceding article lodged by a stock exchange shall be deposited in a special account and shall not be used in a manner other than those specified below without the approval of the FSC:1. Government bonds.2. Bank savings or postal administration savings.

證券交易所提存前條之賠償準備金，應專戶提存保管，非經本會核准，不得為左列以外之運用：
