Regulations Governing CPA Continuing Professional Education Article 2
To organize CPA continuing professional education, the National Federation of Certified Public Accountant Associations of the R.O.C. (NFCPAA) shall, pursuant to Article 60 of the CPA Act, establish a Professional Education Committee to be in charge of matters related to planning, implementation, and supervision.For the CPA continuing professional education courses that it organizes, the NFCPAA may collect continuing education fees from the trainees, based on the nature and content of the courses and with consideration to market prices.

中華民國會計師公會全國聯合會（以下簡稱全國聯合會）為辦理會計師持續專業進修，應依本法第六十條規定，設置專業教育委員會負責規劃、執行及控管等事宜。
