(Deadline for Submission to Competent Authority of Information on CPAs Registered Before the Coming into Force of the Amended Act)An organization that handled CPA registration prior to the coming into force of this Act as amended on 27 November 2007 shall prepare a list of registered CPAs and registration information within three months from the date the amended Act comes into force and submit the information to the competent authority.

本法中華民國九十六年十一月二十七日修正之條文施行前辦理會計師登錄之機關，應自本法修正施行之日起三個月內，造具已登錄會計師名冊及登錄資料，送主管機關。
