Regulations Governing Investment in Securities by Overseas Compatriots and Foreign Nationals Article 7
A SITE that issues overseas beneficial certificates for subscription by overseas compatriots and foreign nationals for the purpose of offering a securities investment trust fund shall apply to the FSC for approval within 1 month after obtaining an approval letter from the competent authority for foreign exchange business.Inward remittance of the funds raised through the offering of the fund shall be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of foreign exchange acts and regulations.

證券投資信託事業發行國外受益憑證向華僑及外國人募集證券投資信託基金，應於取具外匯業務主管機關同意函後一個月內，向金管會申請核准。
基金募集所得款項於匯入時，應依外匯相關法令規定辦理。
