Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers Article 54
With exception for the lock-up period in accordance with the law, an employee may request for exercising the stock warrants pursuant to the terms and conditions set by the company after 2 full years since the issuance of the employee stock warrants.The term of the employee stock warrants may not be more than 10 years.
