Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers Article 15

Where an issuer files registration to issue stocks and any of the circumstances listed below exists, the FSC may suspend the effectiveness of its registration:1. The registration statement is incomplete or the information contained therein is insufficient.2. Any one of the events prescribed under Article 5 occurs.3. The FSC deems it necessary in order to protect the public interest.
