Regulations Governing Managed Futures Enterprises Article 60
In the event that an associated person of a managed futures enterprise fails to participate in pre-service training or in-service training, or participates in the training but fails to pass, he/she shall be retrained within 1 year. Should he/she again fail to pass, his/her registration as an associated person shall be voided.
