Regulations Governing Managed Futures Enterprises Article 43
The Competent Authority and an agency designated thereby may carry out audits of managed futures enterprises' operations, finances, and other necessary matters.Managed futures enterprises shall provide explanations and relevant documentation in regard to the audits referred to in the preceding paragraph.
