Regulations Governing Managed Futures Enterprises Article 3
The term "discretionary futures trading business" as used in these Regulations refers to business in which a managed futures enterprise accepts a mandate from a specific person to perform analyses and make judgments, with respect to assets handed over by that principal for management, relating to futures trading, trading or investment of futures-related spot commodities, or other items approved by the Competent Authority, and to execute trades or investment on the principal's behalf based on those analyses and judgments."Futures-related spot commodities" in the preceding paragraph means domestic and foreign spot commodities related to futures trading contracts and approved for trading by the Competent Authority.

本規則所稱全權委託期貨交易業務，指期貨經理事業接受特定人委任，對委任人之委託資產，就有關期貨交易、期貨相關現貨商品或其他經主管機關核准項目之交易或投資為分析、判斷，並基於該分析、判斷，為委任人執行交易或投資之業務。
前項所稱期貨相關現貨商品係指經主管機關核定准予交易之與期貨交易契約相關之國內及國外現貨商品。
