Standards Governing the Establishment of Managed Futures Enterprises Article 9
Managed futures enterprises shall be organized as companies limited by shares, with paid-in capital of not less than NT$100 million.The minimum amount of paid-in capital referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be fully subscribed by the promoters at the time of incorporation.

期貨經理事業之組織應為股份有限公司，其實收資本額不得少於新臺幣一億元。
