Regulations for the Administration of Futures Industry Associations Article 6
A futures industry association shall formulate guidelines for administration of the form, content, preparation, dissemination, and other relevant matters regarding promotional and advertising materials of its members, and file them with this Commission for recordation, and shall faithfully implement them.
