Regulations Governing Futures Clearing Houses Article 26

A futures clearing house shall establish a business committee and a discipline committee and at least one-third of the committee members shall be clearing members of the futures clearing house.The organization and responsibility of the committees referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be reported to the FSC for approval before commencing implementation.
