Law:: Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Futures Clearing Houses

These Regulations shall come into force from the date of issuance, with the exception of Articles 3, Article 6, Article 9, paragraph 1, Articles 10 to 15, Article 17, Article 19, Article 21, Article 22, Article 23, Article 30, Article 32, and Article 34, as amended on 15 September 2014, which shall come into force from financial year 2015, the amendments of 10 February 2017, which shall come into force from financial year 2017, the amendments of 8 November 2017, which shall come into force from financial year 2018, and Article 11, paragraph 4, subparagraphs 3 and 4, and paragraph 6, Article 12, Article 17, Article 25, Forms 1 and 1-1 of Article 21, and Forms 9 and 9-1 of Article 30, as amended on 27 July 2018, which shall come into force from financial year 2019.

本準則除中華民國一百零三年九月十五日修正之第三條、第六條、第九條第一項、第十條至第十五條、第十七條、第十九條、第二十一條至第二十三條、第三十條、第三十二條、第三十四條自一百零四會計年度施行，一百零六年二月十日修正條文自一百零六會計年度施行，一百零六年十一月八日修正條文自一百零七會計年度施行，一百零七年七月二十七日修正之第十一條第四項第三款、第四款、第六項、第十二條、第十七條、第二十五條及第二十一條格式一、一之一、第三十條格式九、九之一自一百零八會計年度施行外，自發布日施行。
