Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants Article 47
Margins or premiums for domestic futures trading may be paid in cash or with securities approved by the competent authority.Unless otherwise provided by the FSC, margins or premiums for foreign futures trading shall be paid in cash.

國內期貨交易保證金或權利金之繳交，得以現金或經主管機關核定之有價證券為之。
國外期貨交易保證金或權利金之繳交，除本會另有規定外，應以現金為之。
