Standards Governing the Establishment of Futures Commission Merchants Article 9
A futures commission merchant shall have following minimum number of associated persons:1. futures brokerage merchants: 3 persons.2. futures proprietary merchants: 3 persons.3. futures merchants with both brokerage and proprietary businesses: 5 persons.Associated persons employed by a futures commission merchant shall have the qualifications required by the Regulations Governing the Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Futures Commission Merchants.
