Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Futures Commission Merchants Article 21
These Regulations shall enter into force from 1 June 1997.Amendments to these Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, with the exception of Article 7-3 issued in the 28 October 2022 amendment, which article shall enter into force from 1 January 2023.
