Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds Article 69
The fund custodian, in accordance with laws and regulations and the provisions of futures trust deeds, shall act with all due diligence and fiduciary responsibility and in the principle of good faith in keeping custody of futures trust fund assets.The directors, supervisors, managerial officers, associated persons, and other employees of the fund custodian may not engage in futures trades or invest in futures-related spot instruments using information they have gained in the course of their duties nor divulge such information to other parties.

基金保管機構應依法令及期貨信託契約之規定，以善良管理人之注意義務及忠實義務，本誠實信用原則，保管期貨信託基金資產。
基金保管機構之董事、監察人、經理人、業務員及其他受雇人，不得基於職務上所知悉之消息從事期貨交易或投資期貨相關現貨商品或將該消息洩漏予他人。
