Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds Article 41

Total payments made for the trades of Article 38, paragraph 1, subparagraph 3 by any futures trust fund offered to unspecified persons by a futures trust enterprise may not exceed ten percent of the net asset value of the fund. This restriction does not apply to futures trust funds-of-funds.Total payments made for the investments of Article 38, paragraph 1, subparagraph 3 by a futures trust fund-of-funds offered to unspecified persons as referred to in the preceding paragraph may not be lower than sixty percent of the net asset value of the futures trust fund-of-funds, and except with the approval of the competent authority, the total amount paid toward any subfund may not exceed thirty percent of the net asset value of the futures trust fund-of-funds.
