Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds Article 26
A futures trust fund distributor shall establish a sales agreement with the futures trust enterprise for which it handles futures trust fund sales, and shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations governing the offering, issuance, sales, advertising, subscription, and redemption of futures trust funds and the self-regulatory rules of the Futures Association.The matters to be included in the sales agreement that the fund distributor is to establish with the futures trust enterprise in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Futures Association and submitted to the competent authority for approval; the same shall apply for any amendment of those matters.

期貨信託基金銷售機構辦理期貨信託基金銷售業務，應與期貨信託事業簽訂銷售契約，並遵守期貨信託基金之募集、發行、銷售、廣告及其申購或買回之相關法令及同業公會自律規範規定。
期貨信託基金銷售機構依前項與期貨信託事業所簽訂之銷售契約，其應行記載事項，由同業公會擬訂，報經主管機關核定；修正時，亦同。
