Regulations Governing Futures Trust Enterprises Article 2
A futures trust enterprise may conduct the following business operations:1. Offering a futures trust fund to unspecified persons, or to persons meeting the qualification requirements fixed by the competent authority, and issuing beneficial certificates therefor, and using the assets of the futures trust fund to carry on trading or investment activities.2. Such other relevant business operations as may be approved by the competent authority.

期貨信託事業得經營下列業務：
一、向不特定人或符合主管機關所定資格條件之人募集期貨信託基金發行受益憑證，並運用期貨信託基金從事交易或投資。
二、其他經主管機關核准之有關業務。
