Futures Trading Act Article 123
After the enforcement of this Act, the Competent Authority referred to in Article 4 shall retain the title Securities and Exchange Commission of the Ministry of Finance until the Organizational Act of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Ministry of Finance is amended to change its name to the Securities and Futures Commission of the Ministry of Finance.
